It's difficult to make everyone happy with a Privacy Policy. Most people who use NexusQore want something short and easy to understand. While we wish we could fit everything you need to know into a brief summary, we're required to meet our legal obligations by describing our practices in detail.

Our Clients may use customized and proprietary NexusQore code, software and/or services to obtain information regarding activities that users engage in while visiting their web pages. This data is stored on NexusQore's servers for producing analytics reports for that specific Client only.

We use the information we collect to provide, improve, and protect our services:
- Register your account and fulfill your requests
- Understand how you engage with NexusQore

- Determine if you are satisfied with our Service
- Process billing for NexusQore Services

Client's User Data is stored on NexusQore's web servers and databases for use in performing analysis and producing reports for the specific Client only.

NexusQore offers several ways for you to update or delete your information, or change your communication preferences:
- You may unsubscribe from any of our email communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message
- You may contact us at team@nexusqore.net to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data
- You may export your data by contacting our support team
6.1 Email Communications
We may contact you by email or other electronic communications if you access NexusQore products or services. By registering, you consent to the receipt of these communications. If you do not want to receive emails from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions or notify us at team@nexusqore.net.

NexusQore has implemented reasonable security mechanisms to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include:

However, please keep in mind that no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of your information and cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access to NexusQore client accounts.

Our Site and Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 or from websites that are targeted to children under 13.
